We’re Hiring: ASSISTANT PRODUCER/ LINE PRODUCER
Full-time / Contract | Based in Singapore

Atypicafilms is looking for a capable and organised Assistant Producer to join our team.

You’ll be involved in all stages of production — from early prep to shoot day to post — helping to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone with some experience under their belt, who’s comfortable juggling timelines, talent, logistics, and the occasional curveball.

This isn’t a clipboard-and-coffee kind of role. It’s for someone who loves the nuts and bolts of production and wants to grow into a trusted producer and learn from the best in the industry.

What you’ll do:

• Support lead Producers across multiple projects (TV commercials, branded films, social content)
• Handle logistics: call sheets, schedules, bookings, permits, gear, etc.
• Coordinate with clients, crew, cast, and vendors
• Help manage budgets, invoices, and production paperwork
• Be on set and in the edit when needed — solving problems, keeping things moving

You should be:

• Organised, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
• Good with people. Clear, Responsive, and very Respectful!
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and changing timelines. Living in the grey.
• Proactive and independent; taking initiative and following through
• Familiar with production workflows

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of production or agency experience preferred
• Bonus if you’ve worked on commercials or digital content
• Knowledge of post‑production workflows is a plus
• Must be based in Singapore
