Job summary

A food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee counter operations and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate will perform cashiering functions, maintain cleanliness, and assist in inventory management. Working hours will be 44 hours per week, distributed over 5 days, including weekends. Locations

Orchard Area (Mall Hours 10am-10pm)

Work Timings

Work Days: Mon - Sun (Including Sat, Sun & PH)
5 Days Work (44 hours per week)

Compensation

Salary Range: $2,800-$3,400

Job Description
  • Perform counter and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Perform counter station in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), to perform cashiering function and suggestive selling on outlet specialties, promotion items to customers.
  • Practice proper usage and cleanliness of all outlet tools & equipment and in compliance with statutory safety requirements
  • Practice good housekeeping, and to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of premises including toilet (if any), including clearing the garbage bags from the rubbish bins
  • Comply with NEA requirements over personal & food hygiene and safety
  • Practice proper usage and storage of all food and beverage items so that quality is well‑maintained
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Any other ad‑hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
