Job description

Location: Irrawaddy Road

Contract (Immediate, 11 months)

Position : Assistant Operations Officer (ISOC)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: Day Off

Lunch: 1 hour

Job Overview:

The job holder will be part of a close-knit and dynamic team supporting the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in advancing and safeguarding SPF’s interests internationally through the daily operations of the International Ops Centre (IOC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all correspondences and information flows through the IOC.
  • Manage sensitive requests and ensure timely notification of key officers.
  • Generate metrics, reports, dashboards, and relevant information to update senior management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or above in any field. Salary ranges from $2,800 – $3,200/month depending on relevant experience.
  • Prior knowledge in International Relations, Investigations, Operations, or other relevant fields is an advantage.
  • Experience in dealing with foreign counterparts is preferred (e.g., deployment as liaison officer or participation in major regional/international policing events).
  • Proficient in data visualization tools and RPA solutions such as Tableau and UiPath RPA (advantageous).
  • Excellent planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; respond expeditiously to issues involving sensitive information while balancing the needs of SPF and foreign law enforcement agencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to accommodate work across different time zones.
  • Preferably possess a Class 3 driving license.
