Position title : Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Jurong

Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat half day

Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm

Salary : Up to $4,000 depending on qualification and experience

Overview

We are looking for a leader to oversee our day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow across our warehouse and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Plan and conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
  • Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
  • Manage manpower, resources, and equipment requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).
  • Experience in inventory management and stock-taking
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Have Class 3 license
  • Have forklift license is a plus
