Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager for Funeral Service. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of funeral operations, ensuring smooth service delivery while managing staff scheduling and resources effectively. Ideal candidates will possess 2–4 years of management experience and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours, including night duties when necessary.

Assistant Operation Manager – Funeral Service
  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Funeral Operations – support transfer, sending, and funeral arrangements to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling and Resources – prepare monthly schedules for ground staff and oversee petty cash and vehicle‑related matters.
  • Collaborate Across Departments – work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Supervise Customer Service Activities – oversee the Customer Service Team, including phone support and management of funeral parlours.
  • Support Operations and HR Functions – ensure company policies are communicated to the Operations Team and assist HR with recruitment efforts.
  • Perform Administrative and Ad‑Hoc Duties – carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall business and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • At least 2–4 years of management experience.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Can start immediately or within short notice (preferred).
