A leading retail brand is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and oversee brand activities in Singapore. The role involves formulating marketing plans, managing budgets, and measuring campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, with at least 4 years of retail experience. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with web analytics tools are advantages. This position offers a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities.
To formulate & drive marketing plan which includes all brand & store activities, media buying, sales promotion and brand planning. All these activities must support the brand image and meet the commercial objectives of the business
Plan and oversee the development and execution of the marketing calendar, including the selection of the event’s themes, distribution channels and partners
Create impactful content, which includes press releases, campaigns, and packaging that tells the brand story in an elevated way. Distribute this content through the most relevant channels that allows us to connect to the targeted demographics
Conceptualize and implement plans for generation of quality customer leads/foot falls using cost effective mediums to meet the organization’s objectives
Plan & manage brand’s marketing budget, including detailed monitoring of all expenses
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against ROI & KPIs
