Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel of all communication.
- Create and execute social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and execute EDM schedule.
- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott and OTA channels within 24 hours.
- Initiate and maintain a yearly schedule of events for marketing campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns both room-side as well as F&B at property level, enabling more customized and need based marketing.
- Create and organise photography, videography and associated editing for all marketing needs.
- Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all communication is up-to-date and on brand.
- Create and ensure version control of all graphic collateral assets in all departments of all hotels and F&B.
- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue relationships/partnerships.
- Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.
- Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer opportunities.
- Be up to date with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new developments.
- Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs.
- Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from time to time.
- Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
- Create awareness and visibility of F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media.
- Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage.
- Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant.
- Ensure hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals.
- Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase hotel’s presence and participation.
- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management.
Other Projects/Responsibilities:
- Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness.
- Keeping abreast with online market trends and new developments.
- Actively monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing programs.
- Support and give advice on any-related digital / online initiatives.
- Develop annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel.
- Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes.
