Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a creative, data driven marketing role to develop, execute and optimize campaigns on Tik Tok. It will be focus on content creation, influencer partnerships, trend analysis, ad management, performance tracking and community engagement to build brand presence and drive business goals.
Responsibilities
- Content and Campaign Management: Develop and execute TikTok content strategies. Create video content aligned with brand tone and current trend. Manage TikTok marketing and sales campaigns to maximize traffic, reach and conversions.
- TikTok Shop & Sales Activation: Manage TikTok Shop campaigns. Optimize TikTok Shop performance (traffic, conversions, ROI). Collaborate with e-commerce team to align TikTok campaigns with overall sales strategy.
- Live Streaming Management: Collaborate with ecommerce team to design Live stream campaigns. Host / co-host regular TikTok Live sessions to promote products/campaigns. Prepare live stream scripts, product demos, and engagement activities to maximize conversions. Monitor and analyze livestream performance.
- Community and Influencer Engagement: Manage TikTok community, engage with followers and build strong online community around the brand. Work with local influencers/KOLs to co-create content and livestream events. Stay updated on TikTok trends and viral challenges.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across TikTok content, ads, TikTok Shop, and livestreams. Deliver reports and insights to management for campaign optimization.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce and marketing in consumer goods.
Knowledge and skills
- Demonstrate competence in use of video editing programs and Microsoft Office software suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of the digital video and advertising space
- Excellent content creation, writing, and storytelling abilities
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive action
