A leading beauty retailer in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, UX Designer. In this role, you will shape user experiences across multiple markets while collaborating with a dynamic team. Your responsibilities include defining UX strategies, mentoring designers, and ensuring design excellence using Figma. Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).
As part of the regional team based in Singapore, you will play a key role as a UX Designer in shaping user experiences across Sephora’s digital ecosystem spanning eight markets in Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers and other designers to create seamless and engaging user journeys. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research through concept development, prototyping, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
