Job description

This role is responsible for designing efficient operations workflows and implementing new policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across teams.

  • Develop end-to-end operational workflows that meet business goals and enhance efficiency.
  • Create clear workflow diagrams and process documentation for stakeholder reference.
  • Gather requirements by engaging internal teams to understand operational needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations to translate workflow requirements into system features.
  • Validate UAT test cases to ensure coverage of all operational scenarios.
  • Participate in UAT testing, resolve workflow implementation issues, and support rollout.
  • Engage policymakers to interpret new policies and assess their impact on operations.
  • Formulate and track practical policy implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvements.
  • Kindly note that this role is on 2 years contract, subject to programme renewal.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Experience in process design, requirements gathering and UAT is preferred.
  • Resourceful, and able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
