About the Role

You will be a credible and trusted partner to provide HR support to the business operations under your purview.

Job Scope
  • Support the lead in managing the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning / budgeting, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Provide advice and solutions to business units for people matters.
  • Work with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams to implement and monitor HR policies and programmes
  • Resolve employee issues / grievances and conduct investigations when required.
  • Advise employees on HR-related issues in line with statutory laws and organisation guidelines and ensure compliance.
  • Review HR metrics e.g. attrition, to establish interventions, when necessary.
  • Oversee daily operations and any ad-hoc HR matters when needed.
Job Requirements
  • A relevant degree with 2-8 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering and talent acquisition; candidates with more experience would be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements e.g. Employment Act
  • Able to interpret HR related metrics and provide data driven insights.
  • Approachable and able to build positive professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Organized and meticulous with an eye for details
  • Driven, resourceful, able to multi-task and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • Good stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work independently but also connect with people and collaborate as a team.
