Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities
• Assist in formulating and planning of acquisition, development & divestment strategies
• Source, identify suitable investment opportunities and analyse real estate opportunities and proposals
• Evaluate and structure investment deals, including due diligence and debt financing
• Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections
• Prepare recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments
• Project-manage live transactions (acquisitions and divestments) as the project lead and to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful closing of the deal
• Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports
• Work hand-in-hand with the Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently
• Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level as well as prepare asset reports on the properties
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with prior experience in development projects preferred
• Relevant experience with acquisition and/or divestment of assets in Singapore and regional markets
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work within tight deadlines
