Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Talent Management professional to play a crucial role in talent identification, development, and administration. You will partner with management in identifying top talents and provide support to the Talent Board. The role requires a good degree, preference for HR-related backgrounds, and at least 5 years of experience. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and a meticulous approach to task management are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/Talent Management experience.
  • IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry experience is advantageous.

Job description
Overview

As a member of the Talent Management team, you play a key role in implementation and administration of talent management succession planning, talent development initiatives organisation management in SAP SuccessFactors, management of External Appointments, Critical Skills Identification and other initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner SGH management team in the identification of talents, high potentials and successors of key leadership positions
  • Provide secretariat support to the Talent Board and ensures that all development action plans for high potentials are up to date.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate submission of reports
  • Collaborate with various SingHealth strategic partners to ensure potential successor identification, development and engagement.
  • Co-design talent development and engagement programmes/framework and co-facilitate talent engagement initiatives.
  • Design and conduct briefing to stakeholders which may include (not limited to) talent management initiatives, end user system familiarisation
  • Work with the SingHealth Healthcare Management Executive (HME) Unit and stakeholders on the postings, emplacement coordination, performance management and engagement of HMEs
  • Lead the full cycle of key leadership appointment processes for management approval.
  • Manage organisation setup in SAP SuccessFactors and review of organisation chart
  • Provide advisory on policy and process related to staff external appointments
  • Partner stakeholders in the review and co-design critical skills identification framework and process
  • Lead and participate in projects and committees as assigned
Job requirements
  • Good degree in any discipline, preferably in HR
  • 5 years of relevant HR / Talent Management experience. More experience candidates will be considered for Senior Assistant Manager position.
  • IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred
  • Possess strong communications, writing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Meticulous and demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
  • Conversant in SAP SuccessFactors, data analysis and healthcare Industry experience would be an advantage
