Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the student application process and provide information on admissions policies. Responsibilities include developing communication plans for program promotion and analyzing reports to assess enrollment targets.   • Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate and timely information on programmes, admissions policies, and enrolment procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end student application and admissions process, ensuring adherence to institutional guidelines and deadlines.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to promote the school’s programmes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to track trends, evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and services, and assess impact on enrolment targets.
  • Coordinate communications with department and administrative teams to ensure clarity and consistency regarding admissions requirements, processes, and updates.
  • Supervise support staff to maintain high-quality, consistent guidance and advice to prospective students.
