Job description
Responsibilities:
  1. System Champion for Key On-board Equipment (KOBE):
    • Develop and review maintenance plans to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor performance of KOBE (e.g., NOBE, CFMS, CCTV, IU, EDS, PIDS@Bus, Transmitter) and initiate improvements.
    • Lead surveillance teams to ensure quality maintenance and compliance.
    • Manage LTA physical assets and submit annual stock take reports.
    • Collaborate with training centres for technician and bus captain training.
  2. Technical Support for Integrated Ticketing & Fleet Management System (ITFS):
    • Support installation and lifecycle reliability of ITFS.
    • Liaise with LTA and ST Engineering to resolve technical issues.
    • Establish and monitor FLM cycles, tasks, and spares.
    • Coordinate training programs for operators and technicians.
  3. Work Quality Surveillance & Technical Investigations:
    • Lead the Surveillance & Investigation Team (SIT).
    • Conduct engineering investigations for serious incidents.
    • Ensure quality of work meets safety, regulatory, and procedural standards.
Requirements:
