• Defining project scope, milestones, governance structure, and delivery plans.


• Collaborating with Risk, Finance, IT, Compliance, and external vendors.


• Reporting and documentation for senior management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.


• 10+ years of project management experience in banking/financial services.


• 5+ years in data governance/data management (preferably regulatory-driven like BCBS239).


• Consulting experience preferred.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Fluency in English and Japanese to effectively engage with Japanese‑speaking clients.
