What the role is

You will be part of the team that develops and delivers strategic initiatives in Singapore’s digital media and creator economy ecosystem. Your role will focus on managing partnerships, projects and programmes that engage Singaporeans through digital-first platforms whilst positioning Singapore as a regional hub for creator economy development. You will support industry initiatives under the Singapore Media Festival, lead new media event development, and explore innovative approaches to enhance content assessment and delivery frameworks. An interest in digital media trends, strong organisational skills, familiarity with public sector processes, and understanding of creator economy dynamics will help you succeed in this role.

What you will be working on

• Programme and Partnership Support
  Support the team in administering partnership programmes that enable digital content agencies and creators to reach Singaporean audiences effectively. Assist in onboarding and managing partners with strong potential to deliver wide reach, engagement, and impactful content. Help prepare and process submissions to secure approvals for future programme funding. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with international platforms, creator networks, and industry stakeholders to strengthen Singapore's position in the regional creator economy.
• Singapore Media Festival (SMF) – New Media Event
  Lead resourcing, research, and documentation for the appointment of a partner to manage the New Media event under SMF from 2026. Manage the organisation and coordination of requests for information processes, including quotations and call-for-participation where relevant, ensuring alignment with strategic programme objectives. Evaluate proposals from the calls-for-participation and provide recommendations for the appointment of the organiser for the new media event. Track deliverables and ensure the appointed partner fulfils expectations across strategy, programming, and impact.
• Support for Industry Development Initiatives
  Contribute to the preparation of the next phase of support for industry development programmes under New Media. Work with the team to review partner performance and identify new opportunities to strengthen the content ecosystem. Grant Programme Administration: Oversee the administration of grant programs aimed at supporting the development of projects, companies, and individuals within the new media sector. Analyse and prepare comprehensive assessments and recommendations to secure approvals for programs and budgets. Supervise the selection and assessment processes for grants, ensuring they are allocated to suitable projects at both company and individual talent levels to maximise value for the new media sector. Manage partnerships and oversee project implementation efforts within the team, including project scoping, contract negotiation, progress monitoring, deliverable verification, funding administration, and performance review.

What we are looking for

6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the public sector or with organisations that work closely with government agencies.
