The Kent Ridge Office of Resources (KROR) was established in 2024 to develop and coordinate NUH’s financial resilience and long-term viability given multi-faceted challenges such as caring for an aging population amidst escalating healthcare cost. This position will help coordinate and implement initiatives which optimize resource utilization and cost containment, as well as develop and deliver initiatives on appropriate value-based care (AVBC) strategies. The candidate will be working closely with the members of KROR as well as the Community of Practice (COP) Institution Optimisation track across NUHS on various initiatives such as manpower productivity, contract life cycle management, and patient- & population-based value delivery.
