Job description

Nearest MRT: Eunos

Working days/hours:

Mon to Thu 9am to 630pm

Fri 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Senior HR Manager and support the implementation of proactive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business expansion plans

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:

    • Manpower planning and deployment

    • Performance management

    • Organisational change management

    • Employee relations, engagement, and experience

    • Labour relations

    • Talent management and succession planning

  • Collaborate with HR strategic planning teams to review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives and statutory requirements

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and operational leaders to provide HR advice, support, and coaching

  • Lead and oversee onboarding programmes for new hires

  • Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare HR statistical reports

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Monitor and manage manpower budgets

Job Requirements
  • Degree holder from a recognised institution

  • Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, supported by formal HR qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, lawful employment practices and compliance requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality or similar industries is an advantage

  • Pro experience in developing, implementing, and improving HR programmes, policies, and processes

  • Broad hands-on knowledge of HR practices, including:

    • Employment law

    • Compensation and benefits

    • Performance management

    • Employee relations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
