A leading HR consultancy seeks an experienced HR Manager to support business expansion strategies and manage full-spectrum HR functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR generalist experience and a strong knowledge of HR legislation. Major responsibilities include onboarding, HR data analysis, and policy development. Applicants with experience in healthcare, retail, or similar industries will find an advantage in this role. Working days/hours:
Mon to Thu 9am to 630pm
Fri 9am to 6pm
Report to the Senior HR Manager and support the implementation of proactive HR strategies aligned with the company’s business expansion plans
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
Manpower planning and deployment
Performance management
Organisational change management
Employee relations, engagement, and experience
Labour relations
Talent management and succession planning
Collaborate with HR strategic planning teams to review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines in alignment with business objectives and statutory requirements
Partner closely with business stakeholders and operational leaders to provide HR advice, support, and coaching
Lead and oversee onboarding programmes for new hires
Maintain accurate manpower records and prepare HR statistical reports
Analyse HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor and manage manpower budgets
Degree holder from a recognised institution
Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, supported by formal HR qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR legislation, lawful employment practices and compliance requirements
Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality or similar industries is an advantage
Pro experience in developing, implementing, and improving HR programmes, policies, and processes
Broad hands-on knowledge of HR practices, including:
Employment law
Compensation and benefits
Performance management
Employee relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
