Job description

The Executive provides the strategic HR partnership and services to the assigned business units in the areas such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, compensation, performance management, employee relations and separation. You will also be involved in various HR projects as part of development.

Requirements
  • Recognised Degree Business, Human Resource or its equivalent with at least 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
