Assistant Manager, FP&A (6‑month Maternity Cover)

The Assistant Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis, will support forecasting and budgeting activities for the South APAC region to provide timely and accurate reporting. He or she will be responsible for developing profit‑focused action plans and will be proficient in data visualization and modeling.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with business units to gather business information and inputs for Forecast and Budget
• Prepare forecast and budget assumptions and business information in business templates
• Analyze actual results against business plans to identify trends, risks, or opportunities that support achieving financial targets
• Prepare and upload FC/BUD into the financial reporting system

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP solutions, with an aptitude for learning new systems
• Power user in Excel with strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with Power Query in Excel is preferred
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
