Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will ideally be an insurance broker who will be part of a highly motivated, well established and professional Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO) team; taking on roles in account management, servicing and penetration of existing client accounts, as well as to drive development of new business opportunities. You will also get access to colleague resource groups across the globe that provides mentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense of connection and community throughout your career.

We will count on you to:
  • Provide full support on revenue generating and servicing of major existing clients and new prospects, across, Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Crime and Cyber classes in a fast-paced environment, specifically in the Financial Institutions sector.
  • Provide full spectrum of insurance broking services to clients including advisory and strategy, negotiation, placement completion and ongoing management of clients.
  • Pursue and work with prospects, business development, internal stakeholders on new and expanded business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and keep up to speed with changes and trends in the industry.
  • Be highly organized with great attention to detail.
What you need to have:
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
