Responsibilities
- Curate, review and optimize content across social media platforms, including social media channels and corporate website.
- Track, analyze and interpret performance metrics to assess effectiveness, surface insights and inform content refinement.
- Support the planning and execution of digital communications campaigns to strengthen public awareness and engagement on energy issues and initiatives.
- Develop and adapt digital content, including copywriting, visuals and multimedia, to support communications campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure communications activities are consistent, on message, and effectively disseminated.
- Assist in identifying content opportunities and apply relevant best practices where appropriate.
Requirements
- Preferably with 3 or more years of experience in social media management, digital campaign management, content creation, or related fields.
- Strong track record in developing and executing effective social media/digital campaigns that drive audience engagement and growth across different platforms.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at different levels and functions.
- Team player with good project management skills and the ability to multi-task while keeping an eye on quality and detail.
- Pro‑active self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from ideation to execution.
- Hands‑on experience with paid social media amplification strategies and tactics. Familiarity with design and analytics tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
