Job description

Singapore Cruise Centre is looking for a driven and resourceful Commercial Leasing Assistant Manager to join our Commercial Leasing Team. This role reports to Senior Manager (Commercial Leasing) and you will play a key role in enhancing the retail mix, optimizing spaces, and driving leasing and marketing initiatives to support our terminal development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the negotiation of new leases and renewals and the preparation of lease agreements and other leasing documentation
  • Assist to prepare monthly reports, budgeting, forecasting and other relevant reports
  • Manage rental payments and arrears recovery actions
  • Liaise with legal counsel on lease agreements, working with finance team to conduct yearly sales reconciliation for billing purposes
  • Handle tenants' feedback and conflict management
  • Conduct market research to explore other revenue channel and overall footfall to the terminals
  • Manage appointed advertising agency for the advertisement sites for the terminals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with tenants, partners, agencies and stakeholders
  • Other leasing and marketing duties as and when required
Job Requirements
  • Good degree from reputable universities, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration / Management / Real Estate Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing, retail management, retail operations and / or business development
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen are essential
  • Keen eye for details, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • High level of initiative with a positive disposition, hands‑on, able to multitask, work independently or as a team
  • Possess good knowledge of the local market
