Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to provide secretariat support for quality committees and manage quality assurance initiatives. Applicants should possess a degree in Life/Pharma Sciences and have at least 3-4 years of relevant healthcare experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role, which offers a competitive salary of up to $6,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Prior Quality/Risk experience essential, such as JCI, LEAN, or Six Sigma.

  • Provide secretariat support for clinical quality committees.
  • Support quality assurance, patient safety & risk management initiatives.
  • Plan and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Prepare reports and assist in clinical governance functions.
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, AHPs & admins.
  • Support licensing, internal audits & incident management.

  • Support quality assurance, patient safety & risk management initiatives

  • Plan and implement quality improvement projects

  • Prepare reports, analysis & assist in clinical governance functions

  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, AHPs & admins

  • Support licensing, internal audits & incident management

  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • Min Degree in Life/Pharma Sciences, Healthcare Admin/Management, Biomed Eng, Pharmacy, Nursing or AHP disciplines

  • Min. 3–4 years’ healthcare experience

  • Has prior Quality/Risk experience (JCI, LEAN, Six Sigma, RCA, PDCA etc.)

  • Strong in MS Office, meticulous & good communication skills

  • Able to multi-task, independent, good writing skills
