Overview

You will provide operational, administrative and project coordination support to the Regional Health System (RHS) Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC) to ensure smooth and effective operations and project management in spreading the philosophy of person-centred care (PCC) and practices in SingHealth RHS as well as to be a leading global partner in PCC.

Responsibilities

You will assist with project planning, funding, implementation, evaluation, reports and publications to ensure effective execution and evaluation of programmes in alignment with CPCC’s objectives. You will work with relevant stakeholders on grant applications and funding as well as management of documents such as non-disclosure agreements and research collaboration agreements.

You will work closely with CPCC’s management in planning and development of short to mid-term strategies to achieve CPCC’s vision and mission.

You will maintain databases and ensure up-to-date documentation of CPCC’s activities and programmes such as workplans and reports. You will update intranet and networking media of CPCC as well as to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2 years of working experience and preferably in healthcare
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of statistics, improvement methodologies and change management would be an added advantage
  • Good presentation skills and ability to write well
  • Highly independent yet effective in team setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
