Job description

The Business Development Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving growth across the Asia Pacific region by supporting master franchise operations and executing strategic expansion initiatives. This role partners closely with regional franchisees and internal stakeholders to enable new market entries, optimise existing franchises, and strengthen long-term relationships across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
  • Management support of Asia Pacific Master franchisee
  • New country entries via franchise sales
  • Renewals and optimization
  • Coordinator and relationship manager for Asia Pacific countries
  • Identify and execute organic and inorganic growth opportunities for subsidiaries
  • M&A of small agencies (hand-holding process from initiate to closing)
  • Transition business model from franchising to direct agency (Change management)
  • New initiatives to increase direct agency agent count and transactions
  • Coordinate and support international projects sales
  • Compile due diligence documents
  • Negotiate marketing agreement with commission and budget
  • Push agent and consumer seminars to drive engagement and sales
  • Support leadership team and IC to coordinate with various internal departments
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in business development in the real estate industry
  • Strong commercial acumen, development of business plans and forecasting.
  • Strong execution ability, proactively getting work done.
  • Demonstrate clear cultural understanding of various markets.
  • Clear communicator to relevant stakeholders; c suites, developers, agents.
