Job Descriptions:
  • Oversee the end to end HR function including talent acquisition and retention, manpower planning, employment relations and discipline, employee engagement, performance management and payroll.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, adeptly resolving intricate employee relations issues and addressing grievances.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and take charge of administering and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs and policies for employees.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Identify training requirements for teams and individuals, and efficiently coordinate and evaluate training programs to ensure alignment with operational, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and conduct data analysis, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operations support, coaching and performance‑management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Support regulatory reporting and audit compliance for HR practices.
  • Provide guidance on people practices such as succession planning.
Job Requirements:
  • Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline, with at least 5 years of HR experience. Additionally experience in F&B or Hospitality industry is considered a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Singapore Employment regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage across all levels.
