We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to support financial operations, lead the accounts team, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance. The role works closely with management on budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly/annual financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning.
  • Supervise the finance team and improve processes and controls.
  • Handle audit and tax matters with auditors and tax agents.
  • Review project financials, contract terms, and tender requirements.
  • Consolidate financial data for management reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, agencies).
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with team supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage expectations and tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous with an ‘eye’ for details and able to work independently.
  • Willing to hands on and able to work with all levels.
  • Preferable experience in import / export trading, manufacturing industry though criteria is not a must.
