Job summary

A facilities management organization seeks an Assistant Facilities Engineer/Facilities Supervisor in Singapore. Responsibilities include assisting the Facilities Engineer in managing maintenance projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, and monitoring work quality. Candidates must have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and ideally possess at least 2 years of experience in the M&E or construction industry. Additional qualifications such as safety certificates are advantageous. Willingness to travel is required.

Assistant Facilities Engineer/Facilities Supervisor (M&E)

To assist the Facilities Engineer in critical & facilities maintenance and management.

To co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.

To monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.

To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.

To assist Facilities Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.
  • Possess relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
  • Willing to travel based on the project site.
