Job description
Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of 2 F&B outlets to ensure efficiency and quality service. Maintain and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and practices.
  • Manpower & Team Support: Manage outlet staffing levels and provide assistance when necessary. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and Halal standards. Work closely with QA Executive on food safety and workplace safety documentation.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a positive customer experience across all outlets.
  • Financial Management: Implement cost control measures and maintain profit margins. Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to boost outlet sales and enhance the working environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
