Qualifications

Responsibilities
Business Development Support
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and presentations for marine cargo insurance products.
  • Coordinate with brokers and clients to gather necessary information for underwriting.
  • Maintain and update client and prospect databases.
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote marine cargo insurance solutions.
Policy Processing & Administration
  • Handle issuance of marine cargo insurance policies, endorsements and certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending documentations.

Carry out duties assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree holders in Insurance, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
  • Preferably with minimum 5 year working experience.
  • Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
