Responsibilities:
  • Assist Engineer / Senior Engineer in overseeing M&E works

  • Support daily site supervision and ensure M&E works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

  • Coordinate and liaise with M&E subcontractors and service providers to ensure smooth work progress.

  • Conduct site inspections, monitor work quality, and follow up on rectification works.

  • Attend site meetings, prepare progress updates and technical reports.

  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.

  • Assist in preparing work schedules, work orders, and service reports.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Perform any other M&E-related or ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • At least 1–3 years experience in M&E, building services, facilities management, or construction industry preferred.

  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting (AutoCAD is an advantage).

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with contractors and internal teams.
