Job summary

A human resource agency in Singapore is looking for a technician to perform system monitoring and incident management. Responsibilities include administering Windows Active Directory and providing operational support with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. Applicants should have at least a diploma in Computer Science or related field. Competitive salary with shift allowance offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
• Has Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services will be preferred.
• Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge on Switches and Routers will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring.
• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.
• Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates.
• Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users.
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.
• Monitoring and check on server's health status.

Job Requirements

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.

• Manage and Coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary.
• Provide operation support, maintenance and administration.
• Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers will be preferred
