A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an individual to assist the Service Manager in project coordination with customers and vendors. Responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, sourcing materials, and preparing electrical auto-cad drawings. Ideal candidates should have experience in project support and familiarity with electric design documentation. To assist Service Manager in project co-ordination with Customer, Vendors and Site Personnel.
To monitor the project schedule and follow up with Vendors/Subcon on Materials Delivery or work Schedule.
To follow up the service report from Subcon or Site Personnel and submit to Client for approval.
To assist Service Manager in sourcing of materials.
To prepare electrical auto-cad drawing (control, starter/switchboard drawings)
