A leading public organization in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director to lead business intelligence and performance reporting. The role involves managing performance dashboards, designing analytical models, and overseeing budget consolidation processes. Ideal candidates will have 5 to 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with a proven track record in strategic and financial planning. This position is based at the Marine Parade Public Library and offers a flexible, hybrid work environment.

We can offer you:
Key pillar of Planning & Analytics team to establish a Center of Excellence for Archives & Libraries (A&L) Group that governs both strategic planning and business intelligence. The Assistant Director partners A&L management to enable data‑driven decisions, manage performance, and allocate resources effectively. You will own the entire lifecycle of A&L’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role is the primary spokesperson and subject matter expert for A&L on all matters of data, analytics, and business intelligence, responsible for empowering the organisation with clarity and real performance through data.
Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building.
Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two‑year contract.
