A leading life sciences company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in the life science or biopharma sectors, with a strong focus on operational leadership and team management. This role offers the opportunity to shape business strategies and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet growth targets and expand market presence.
Identify, evaluate and deliver new business opportunities while strengthening existing revenue streams.
Lead core account management strategy and maintain strong customer relationships across key accounts.
Oversee day-to-day business operations while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Review key performance metrics (financial results, sales performance, operational activities) to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance in commercial bids, customer relationship management, resource planning and pricing decisions.
Build, coach and develop high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and growth.
Oversee recruitment, training, capability development and performance management.
Create a motivating work environment that enables employees to reach their full potential.
Partner with the Regulatory Manager to conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk controls.
Ensure safety standards, equipment safeguards and WSH Risk Assessment procedures are adhered to across all operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines).
10+ years of leadership experience within life science, biopharma, chemical supply chain or related industries.
Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and operational leadership.
Strong understanding of distribution business models and supply chain optimization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational ability with hands‑on execution.
Proficient in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
Strong team management capability and a collaborative leadership style.
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder and cross‑functional environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams independently.
