What The Role Is

You oversee the performance of all Human Resource (HR) administration, Human Resource (HR) management, training coordination, feedback management and National Service engagement matters.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Oversee HR administration and management functions within 3rd Division Support Command
  • Coordinate training programmes and initiatives for National Service personnel
  • Manage feedback systems and processes to ensure effective communication channels
  • Lead National Service engagement activities and initiatives
Challenge(s)
  • Possessing deep understanding and appreciation of Singapore Armed Forces National Service structures, systems, policies and processes
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience

  • Good knowledge of National Service administration, operations and training
  • Ability to have empathy for issues faced by National Service personnel
