Job description

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong site‑solving skills and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Demonstrate competence in engineering design and thorough knowledge of building services codes of practice.
• Ensure quality of materials and installation by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality plans.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials/equipment and subcontractor installation quality.
• Produce and coordinate shop drawings; manage drawing revisions.
• Prepare work schedules and participate in client and internal meetings.
• Assist management in daily activities aligned with master planning schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper coordination with the main contractor to prevent rework.
• Control site materials and equipment to reduce wastage.
• Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize delivery delays impacting progress.
• Inspect for non‑conformance in products or installations to avoid defects.
• Explore new technologies and installation methods to improve productivity.
• Follow up closely on site progress and communicate clearly to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
