Responsibilities
- Exhibit strong site‑solving skills and coordinate effectively with customers.
- Demonstrate competence in engineering design and thorough knowledge of building services codes of practice.
- Ensure quality of materials and installation by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality plans.
- Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials/equipment and subcontractor installation quality.
- Produce and coordinate shop drawings; manage drawing revisions.
- Prepare work schedules and participate in client and internal meetings.
- Assist management in daily activities aligned with master planning schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain proper coordination with the main contractor to prevent rework.
- Control site materials and equipment to reduce wastage.
- Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to minimize delivery delays impacting progress.
- Inspect for non‑conformance in products or installations to avoid defects.
- Explore new technologies and installation methods to improve productivity.
- Follow up closely on site progress and communicate clearly to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant managerial experience in M&E contracting environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, 45001, 14001 standards.
- ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification.
- Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course certification.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
