As an Assistant Director, Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Join workshops to provide expert input during hospital planning, focusing on improving patient experience.

  • Lead planning for clinical services, infrastructure, and staffing.

  • Work with consultants and internal teams to design service workflows that support project goals.

  • Organize meetings and workshops to gather requirements and explore suitable technologies and processes.

  • Prepare user briefs, operation guidelines, and test new care models through simulations and prototypes.

  • Write business cases to support requests for funding and approvals.

  • Track project progress, report updates, and highlight issues to management when needed.

  • Prepare regular reports to update project committees and senior leaders.

  • Support the rollout of care and service models in line with budget and guidelines.

  • Handle administrative tasks like meeting arrangements, note-taking, venue booking, and records management.

  • Raise procurement and payment requests when necessary.

  • Assist with other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of healthcare operations experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
