A leading hospitality and entertainment company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage repairs, purchases, and inventory activities. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with departments and vendors on repairs and purchases.

  • Inspect shipments to ensure compliance with orders.
  • Coordinate labor requests and verify billing accuracy.
  • Engage surveyors for projects and issue purchase orders.
  • Assist with table project installations and inventory management.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors on repairs, purchases & capital asset disposal of FF&Es.
  • Raises purchase request for FF&E & table operating supplies.
  • Coordinates the logistics of purchase orders, inventory transfers, deliveries and tagging.
  • Receives invoices and confirms receipt of goods and services, inspects shipments of materials, equipment and supplies received to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.
  • Coordinates labor requests with vendor and raises requests in Kronos system accordingly.
  • Checks and ensure accuracy of invoices billed for labor requests.
  • Engages LEW surveyors for projects and ensure that purchasing orders are issued prior to commencement of services.
  • Facilitates day to day activities, assist with installation and execution of table projects when required.
  • Assists with inventory management at various storage locations and updates inventory for accurate tracking.
  • Perform any adhoc task as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
  • ITE or technical equivalent/ Diploma in Supply Change Management/ Logistic Management/ Business Management or any related field
Experience
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience in warehouse management/ logistic coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with carpentry works.
Competencies
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to write and communicate well.
  • Able to safely use electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.).
