Assistant BIM Modeller / ACMV Drafter

Location: Aljunied
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6.00pm)

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E / ACMV shop drawings from as-built drawings and submit on schedule.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to update and revise drawings as needed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining BIM documentation for project records and submissions.
• Support Project Manager in project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure accurate BIM modelling.
• Review and update BIM models to reflect design or site changes.
• Maintain proper filing and version control of drawings and project documents.

Requirements

• Familiar with AutoCAD and MEP Modelling using Revit.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
