The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Administrative Manager to join the dynamic team at TKB C-E CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in the Bishan Central Region. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing high‑level administrative and operational support to the management team.

Key responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
  2. Manage scheduling, communications, and departmental coordination.
  3. Maintain office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  4. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  5. Support HR tasks such as onboarding and payroll coordination.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, MOM guidelines and relevant regulations.
  7. Ensure communication flows smoothly across departments and issues are resolved promptly.
What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role with Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  3. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with good leadership experience.
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  5. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  6. Familiarity with office management software and tools.
