Key Responsibilities
  • Office & Operations: Manage daily office operations, maintenance, supplies, and vendors. Ensure a safe, efficient workplace. Assist in policy drafting.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain document control and records. Prepare reports and correspondence. Handle scheduling, meetings, travel, and logistics.
  • Team Coordination: Support onboarding and provide administrative training. Coordinate across departments for smooth workflow.
  • Finance & Procurement: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and cost‑effective procurement. Maintain inventories.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Maintain licenses, insurance, and documentation. Support audits and reporting.
  • Projects & Improvements: Support office improvement and digitalisation initiatives. Identify and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
