A financial services firm in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage day-to-day financial operations and provide administration support. The ideal candidate will handle a full set of accounts independently and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized and proactive.
Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support services
Handle full set of accounts, including GST returns, tax matters, and audit matters.
Perform daily accounting entries, suppliers’ payment and staff claims
Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.
Issuance / posting of invoices
Prepare for GST submission and filing.
Ensure timely completeness in accounting closing and accuracy in accounting reports
Diploma/ Accounting relevant certificate qualifications
Minimum3year(s) of working experience in the related field
Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently
Proactive, able to take initiative and responsibility.
Organized, meticulous with a high degree of accuracy.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong analytical abilities and good communication and negotiation skills.
Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.
