Job Summary

We are looking for an Asset Management Lead to oversee the company’s global asset management function. This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day asset operations while driving improvements to current systems and workflows. You will lead the development of streamlined processes, enhance compliance and reporting standards, and ensure all company assets are tracked, allocated, and reconciled with accuracy and efficiency.

What you will be responsible for
  • Oversight & Leadership: Supervise and guide the team (including coordinators), ensuring accurate asset tracking, allocation, and reconciliation across all sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or high-priority asset-related matters.
Process Improvement & System Optimization
  • Review and simplify existing asset management workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Identify gaps in current practices and propose solutions for automation, digitization, and standardization.
  • Partner with IT/Admin to evaluate and implement asset management tools or ERP integrations to strengthen controls and reporting.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain and continuously improve the centralized asset register, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Oversee courier logistics for asset allocation and retrieval (onboarding/offboarding).
  • Lead the annual physical stock take, coordinating across multiple sites, and reconciling with the OA system.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Establish SOPs, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Prepare and review monthly/quarterly asset reports, highlighting variances, risks, and recommendations.
  • Support Finance, Audit, and Admin functions in providing timely and accurate asset data.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR, IT, Admin, and Finance to align asset management processes with business needs.
  • Act as a change driver in improving transparency and accountability across the asset lifecycle.
Ad-Hoc Projects
  • Lead special projects related to asset optimization, vendor management, or cross-border asset transfers.
  • Champion initiatives that improve staff experience (e.g., smoother laptop issuance, faster replacements, and simplified asset request processes)

  • Track record in process simplification, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with asset management or ERP systems.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in asset management, operations, or supply chain (regional/multi-site experience a plus).
