Lead asset management for operational and developing data centers across Japan and Korea. Focus on optimizing financial returns, operational performance, and value enhancement.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset-level business plans to maximize profitability and performance.
• Track KPIs including P&L, capital efficiency, uptime, and sustainability metrics.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and forecasts in partnership with finance teams.
• Monitor project progress from construction through operations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams on project delivery and operational performance.
• Align commercial strategies with financial objectives and customer agreements.
• Engage with stakeholders, investors, and lenders on performance reporting and strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional asset management team.
• Establish systems and processes for performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
