Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for an Operator to perform soldering of PCB, electronics, and wiring harnesses. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of electronic components and soldering processes, including working under a microscope. The role requires compliance with cleanroom standards and the ability to work independently. Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Job description

The Operator is required to perform soldering of PCB, electronics and wiring harness etc.

The Operator must have a solid understanding of electronic components and PCB, soldering processes including through-hole and surface mount soldering/rework and ability to work and solder under microscope for long hours (minimum 8 hrs).

The Operator must also have knowledge of conformal coating processes, such as application methods of spray/manual brushing process.

The Operator must be able to work under cleanroom environment, with donning of ESD apparels such as smock, shoes, hairnet, mask.

The working hours are as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Meal Breaks: 1 hour

Education level:

N level, NITEC in Electronics & Internet of Things or NITEC in Microelectronics is preferred though not essential.

Understanding of assembly instructions and specifications is necessary for complying with procedures and meeting quality standards.

Fresh graduate, or 1-2 years of working experience.

Ability to work independently.

Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

The basic monthly salary will commensurate with the shortlisted candidate’s work experience, negotiable.
