This role is critical in advancing the company's consumer centricity strategy through market insights and learning plans. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in consumer-facing industries, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. This position involves optimizing marketing strategies based on consumer behavior and insights, ensuring effective project management, and fostering supplier relationships. Qualifications

  • Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or CPG industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated abilities to translate business objectives into consumer learning plans.
  • Mastery of primary research execution tools and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of consumer and shopper learning plans.
  • Represent CIA function for regional Product and Marketing teams.
  • Optimize go-to-market plans with shopper journey insights.
  • Measure Media and Campaign effectiveness with Marketing.
  • Nurture relationships with key suppliers/vendors.
