Argyll Scott Singapore is retained by a global consumer and lifestyle retail group to appoint a Regional Commercial Director, Asia. Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role will shape the region’s commercial strategy, elevate partner performance (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C), and drive sustainable growth across Asia. It offers both immediate impact and long-term career progression within a global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy across direct-to-consumer (direct retail, company-owned) and partner-led (franchise, wholesale, distributor, B2B2C) markets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales organisation, embedding consistency and accountability
  • Strengthen partner relationships to drive retail excellence, optimise investments, and accelerate growth
  • Unlock new market opportunities while delivering strong and sustainable commercial results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations to enable execution
